What can you expect?

A mentoring program with Dr Norman Chorn would involve:


  • A discovery call to assess whether we are a good fit to resolve your challenge/s.
  • We agree the expected results and then outline a series of meetings (virtual or face to face) at which we discuss the challenge in a structured way
  • During the mentoring meetings we follow the GROW model at which we discuss:
  • Your Goal(s)
  • The current Reality you face in terms of resources, barriers or obstacles
  • The Options that you have to address the challenge - the various strategies that could be followed
  • The Way forward in terms of a series of specific actions you might take to achieve the result.

The scope and content of the mentoring sessions could include some or all of the following areas:
